Introduction to Cross-Media Production and Video-Making Workshop

The aim of the training of trainers session is to support Tunisian Master Course teachers to build a local expertise about Cross Media Production and Networked Journalism, mainly focus on video-making and cross-media.

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of the sessions, learners are expected to:

  • Share an operational definition of social media;
  • Define a methodology for studying social media;
  • Understand the new communication landscape along with its implication for news production and consumption;
  • Discuss the economic value of user-generated contents and information;
  • Discuss the role of news in the context of digital media;
  • Learn how to shoot and edit videos, understand the entire video process: pre-production, production and post-production essentials.
